When life gives back to you

Because I am always sharing goodies and baking treats for people...today 2 people gave me lil gifts! Both completely unnecessary and extremely thoughtful.

Practice Yoga with Emily

Corporate Yoga
Bring Yoga into your office! Talk to your HR rep, manager or boss. I can come to your office and teach classes at lunch time or after work. This is a great way to unwind, strengthen work relationships and become more efficient employees. These classes can be hour long sweat fests after work, or a mix of light stretching with more breathe work and meditation. You choose!

Private Lessons
Busy work schedule? Studio times don't work for you? Or maybe you just get distracted by practicing in a large group. This is a great way to get a solid practice and work on specific goals. Or to build a foundation for your practice as a beginner. Whatever the case maybe, private lessons can be tailored to your needs.

Semi-Private
Maybe private lessons are a bit too expensive for you -grab a couple of your friends and we can arrange a small group class. Its more intimate and you can still get a lot of attention while working on your specific goals. Or maybe you just want a quiet practice with some of your close friends.

I have been practicing Yoga for over 12 years and completed my 200hr RYT with Atmananda in December 2009 in NYC. I am also certified by Mini Yogis. I'm registered with the Yoga Alliance and am CPR certified. I love teaching people of different levels and am always working on my own practice as well.
