Fish tanks for meditation.

I took class with one of my FAVORITE ever Yoga teachers this weekend. We practiced in a room with a fish tank and I found the running water and the fish totally calming. It really helped me meditate. Truly an amazing class that was super challenging with lots of Vinyasas and arm balances. I love classes that are so hard that I feel like I've really journeyed through it. Savasana has never felt so good!
